# تنشيط الترخيص

الـ **التفعيل** تعرض الصفحة هوية الجهاز، وحالة الترخيص، وصلاحيته، والرصيد، وإصدار التطبيق.

## طلب التفعيل

1. فتح **التفعيل**.
2. اختيار **نسخ معرف الجهاز**.
3. اختيار **إرسال طلب التفعيل**.
4. يفتح Geo Prospector قناة واتساب الرسمية الحالية لدعم العملاء.
5. أرسل طلب التفعيل المُعدّ مسبقًا.
6. انتظر رمز ترخيص معتمد.
7. أدخل الرمز في Geo Prospector.
8. أكمل التفعيل وتحقق من أن الحالة تصبح نشطة.

يمكن للناشر تحديث وجهة واتساب لدعم العملاء دون تغيير أداة التثبيت. يسترجع التطبيق رقم الدعم المنشور حاليًا عند استخدام زر الطلب.

## معرّف الجهاز

يمثل معرف الجهاز جهاز Windows الحالي. قد تؤدي تغييرات الأجهزة أو التغييرات الكبيرة في النظام إلى إنشاء معرف جهاز مختلف وقد تتطلب إعادة التفعيل.

## بعد التحديث

استخدم حساب Windows نفسه وتجنب حذف بيانات التطبيق. إذا لم يتم اكتشاف ترخيص صالح:

1. أغلق التطبيق.
2. زامن تاريخ ووقت Windows والمنطقة الزمنية.
3. أعد فتح Geo Prospector.
4. تأكد من الإصدار المثبت.
5. انسخ معرف الجهاز الحالي.
6. تواصل مع الدعم عبر **إرسال طلب التفعيل**.
7. أرفق لقطة شاشة للتفعيل والإصدار المثبت.
