# Daten exportieren

Geo Prospector kann je nach aktueller Version Exportoptionen wie CSV, Excel, TXT oder JSON bereitstellen.

## Empfohlener Exportablauf

1. Warten Sie, bis der Auftrag den Status Abgeschlossen erreicht.
2. Öffnen Sie die Ergebnisse.
3. Überprüfen Sie Kategorie und Standort.
4. Bestätigen Sie die endgültige Anzahl.
5. Exportieren Sie in das erforderliche Format.
6. Öffnen Sie die exportierte Datei.
7. Speichern Sie eine Sicherungskopie.

## CSV-Hinweise

Verwenden Sie beim Öffnen von CSV-Dateien UTF-8-kompatible Software, um internationale Zeichen zu erhalten.

## Kampagnenvorbereitung

Erstellen Sie Arbeitskopien für Vertrieb oder Outreach. Bewahren Sie einen unveränderten Master-Export als maßgebliche Quelle auf.
