# Aktivasi lisensi

Itu **Aktivasi** halaman menampilkan identitas perangkat, status lisensi, masa berlaku, kredit, dan versi aplikasi.

## Minta aktivasi

1. Buka **Aktivasi**.
2. Pilih **Salin ID Perangkat**.
3. Pilih **Kirim Permintaan Aktivasi**.
4. Geo Prospector membuka kanal WhatsApp Dukungan Pelanggan resmi saat ini.
5. Kirim permintaan aktivasi yang telah disiapkan.
6. Tunggu token lisensi yang berwenang.
7. Masukkan token di Geo Prospector.
8. Selesaikan aktivasi dan pastikan status menjadi aktif.

Tujuan WhatsApp Dukungan Pelanggan dapat diperbarui oleh penerbit tanpa mengubah penginstal. Aplikasi mengambil nomor dukungan yang saat ini dipublikasikan saat tombol permintaan digunakan.

## ID perangkat

ID Perangkat mewakili komputer Windows saat ini. Perubahan perangkat keras atau perubahan sistem besar dapat menghasilkan ID Perangkat yang berbeda dan mungkin memerlukan aktivasi ulang.

## Setelah pembaruan

Gunakan akun Windows yang sama dan hindari menghapus data aplikasi. Jika lisensi yang valid tidak terdeteksi:

1. Tutup aplikasi.
2. Sinkronkan tanggal, waktu, dan zona waktu Windows.
3. Buka kembali Geo Prospector.
4. Konfirmasikan versi yang terpasang.
5. Salin ID Perangkat saat ini.
6. Hubungi dukungan menggunakan **Kirim Permintaan Aktivasi**.
7. Sertakan tangkapan layar Aktivasi dan versi yang terpasang.
