# Frequently asked questions

## What is the current stable version?

`6.7.15.1`

## Will every target count be reached?

No. Availability, geography, duplicate filtering, category overlap, public-information quality, and validation affect final results.

## Why does Email Finder take longer?

It checks associated websites for public business email information. Website availability and response times affect the duration.

## Why is multi-category distribution not perfectly equal?

Initial quotas can be balanced, but actual usable records vary by category. A coverage pass may use other selected categories to reduce the remaining target.

## Why are selected categories shown as chips?

The chip display makes the complete multi-category selection easier to review before starting a search.

## Where is local data stored?

`C:\GeoProspector`

## What is the official installer name?

`GeoProspectorSetup.exe`

## Can I move only the EXE?

No. Install or copy the complete release package. The application requires its runtime and signed security-anchor files.

## How do I request activation?

Open **Activation**, copy the Device ID, and select **Send Activation Request**.

## Why can the support WhatsApp number change?

The application retrieves the currently published Customer Support number. This allows the publisher to update support routing without rebuilding the installer.

## Where can I download the latest version?
