# Troubleshooting

## Stuck at Finalizing results

Allow time for duplicate checks, Email Finder, parsing, and storage. Capture the last visible log lines before closing an abnormally stalled job.

## Multi-category returns only one category

1. Confirm the installed version is `6.7.15.1`.
2. Review all selected-category chips before starting.
3. Confirm that more than one category is selected.
4. Run a small multi-category test.
5. Contact support with screenshots and the last visible log lines.

## Results are below the target

Common causes include limited public data, duplicates, narrow categories, category overlap, unavailable contact information, failed validation, or an interrupted job.

## Update is not detected

1. Confirm internet access.
2. Confirm the installed application version.
3. Check firewall or antivirus rules.
4. Confirm access to the [official update manifest](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/visi-digital-internasional/geo-prospector-update/main/version.json).
5. Download the latest installer manually when necessary.

## Security Anchor error

Reinstall from the official installer. Do not modify or replace individual application files.

## Manifest or signature missing

Make sure `security_anchor_manifest.json` and `security_anchor_manifest.sig` exist in the installed application directory. Reinstall the complete application when either file is missing.

## License time warning

Synchronize Windows date, time, and timezone, then restart Geo Prospector.

## Activation request does not open WhatsApp

1. Confirm internet access.
2. Confirm that Windows can open WhatsApp links.
3. Copy the Device ID.
4. Visit the [official website](https://geoprospector.id/) or documentation.
5. Include the Device ID when contacting support.
