# Dashboard and statuses

## Main areas

* **B2B Finder** — configure and run prospecting jobs
* **Market Research** — explore and prepare target-market categories
* **Saved Categories** — reuse saved target categories
* **Results** — inspect completed records and export data
* **Activation** — review Device ID, license status, credits, validity, and version information

## Selected-category display

When multiple categories are selected, Geo Prospector displays them as individual chips. The chip area expands automatically so the complete category selection remains visible.

Review the chips before starting a job to make sure the intended categories are included.

## Status reference

| Status             | Meaning                                                                |
| ------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Ready | The application can start a new job |
| Running | Discovery is in progress |
| Finalizing results | Duplicate checks, enrichment, parsing, or storage may still be running |
| Complete | Final results are ready |
| Stopped | The user or system stopped the process |

Do not close the application during **Finalizing results** unless the process has clearly stalled for an abnormal amount of time.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://visi-digital-internasional.gitbook.io/geo-prospector/welcome/dashboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
